Congrats to Molly Linville Schultz! This is an honor that is well deserved from someone who was as good as high school player as there was in girls basketball. Her numbers speak for themself.

First of all, nothing can be taken away from Coach Fite's Polar Bears. They played extremely hard tonight... Fought from the first tip off til the end. I am very proud of Coach Fite and his team. Congrats to Coach Kelsch and his Panthers... 3rd straight trip to the regional for the Panthers is unprecedented..

Chambers does deserve mentioning, but there is only girl at the top and that is Monique Reid!

The Bracken County Lady Bears send their seniors, Dana Figgins and Tara Kauinui, off in winning fashion. The Lady Bears didn't play their best game of the year, however, it was good enough to win. Congrats! I want to take this time to say a very special congratulations to two fine young ladies who have gave their heart and soul to Bracken Co. Basketball the last 4 years. Tara and Dana, It has been a true pleasure to coach you over the past 4 years and you both have bright futures ahead of you. Good Luck! The Lady Bears play host to the St. Patrick Lady Saints in District Tournament play on Monday February 26th.

Not much more can be said or as well put as ATown Pride put it. Dustin, more affectionately known as Shooty, plays the game of basketball like every player should. He leaves everything on the floor, busts his tail from whistle to whistle and lets everything else take care of itself. Shooty is a good high school basketball player, but whats more important to me, he is an ever better kid. Good Luck "Shooty"

The coach of the school nominates as many as he wants. And from my understanding, if you get one vote you are honorable mention. This is the way I understand it. I would say Mason Co. nominated 3 and didn't want to nominate a 4th.

You are true! I had the pleasure to play against Stephen Staggs and you are right. He could FLAT OUT play the game of basketball. Probably one of the best players I have every played against.

Does anyone have any stats on this game? I heard Jr. Center Chris Mofford dunked the ball twice in this game. Any truth?

Scrapbook is OK, but keeping your child's individual stats is a selfish act. Don't remember the last time an individual won a game by themself.
