Pulaski County travels to Boyle County on Saturday 2/6/2021 for a 12 Region matchup. Pulaski is 3-2 in the Region with wins over Southwestern, Somerset and Casey. Pulaski's 2 loses are Lincoln and West Jessamine. Boyle on the other hand is 4-1 in the Region with wins over Garrard, Lincoln, Southwestern and West Jessamine. The only lose was to Somerset who Pulaski beat. But Pulaski lost to Lincoln and West Jessamine who Boyle beat. This is going to be a good game, who wins and thoughts.

North Harding was the only game that I was not sure of. Talked to coach a couple of weeks ago and that was the only week he had left but was having a hard time finding someone for that week.

Southwestern came out of the gate firing on all cylinders and ran out to a 9-2 lead. But Boyle would come back and tie is but Southwestern would then go out to another 7 point lead. This is pretty much the way it was the rest of the half before Boyle would cut it to 5 at the half 38-33. Boyle would come out the second half and pretty much shut down Southwestern offense holding them to 26.7% shooting (40.6% the first half) . Boyle would out scored Southwestern 45 to 24 in the second half to pull away with a big win.

I found it, Boyle played Lincoln 3 times in 2006-2007 season twice in the regular season were they spilt 1-1 and Boyle winning in the district tournament. But you have to go back to the 2004-2005 before you can find were Boyle beat Lincoln both times in the regular season. Congratulations on the season wins Boyle.

Can anybody tell me the last time that Boyle swept the regular games against Lincoln County? Boyle's last win over Lincoln before this year was the 2013-2014 season.

Boyle County travels to Somerset to take on Southwestern in a 12th region matchup. Boyle is coming off a win last night at Lincoln County 59-49 and hopes to start up another winning streak. Southwestern is coming off a 12th region win a home against Garrard County 82-55. Southwestern went to Boyle County last year and came away with a 76-74 overtime win. After watching Lincoln the last few years they do go to the zone alot when they are down in a game. But when they go to it they go to the trap and it really help with their game.

Boyle out rebounded them 45-25 and I think that Boyles defense was really good tonight. Gillis had double double with 19 points and 13 rebounds alone with Sheperson's double double with 11 points and 12 rebounds.

Boyle County will travel to Lincoln County tomorrow night with both teams coming into the game undefeated in the district. Lincoln (5-1 over all) has 2 wins over Garrard County while Boyle (6-1 over all) has 1 win and that is over Garrard County also. Both teams have yet to play Danville or Danville Christian due to Covid cancelations. Boyle is 2-1 in the 12 Region with wins over West Jessamine and Garrard and their only lost was to Somerset. Lincoln is 5-0 in the 12th Region with 2 wins over Garrard an wins over East Jessamine, Pulaski and Southwestern.
