Highlands and it’s fans is such an easy target right now. Sad that they have lost the respect but more likely people are just hating. Highlands football will return, mark my word on it.

Well perhaps Trinity isn’t all that. You do know that people have others jobs that are just as good as being the head coach at Trinity right?

Now this thread has some factual information that nobody can argue with. Right?

Yes, why in the world would he ever consider coming to Highlands. I did not realize that Highlands would be such a step down but thx for sharing.

Yep, people will always blame the limited crowds for the reason Highlands football has not been getting donations and alumni support of years past. Just a reminder to those that have forgotten the reality that football and its revenue is still King and the cash cow at Highlands. All sports not named football should be in full support of an over the top hire to restore business as usual in Ft Thomas. JMO

Wow someone just got blowed up. I sure am glad my kids don’t play anymore, there would be “stand down” conversations.

The bourbon capital of the world has spoken. JMO

You didn’t answer my question and I don’t care about the former coach. Need to be positive and proactive and let the past go. You do realize now that this all was handled 3 yrs ago for a reason. Who is BigErn pick? Asking for a friend...

Careful.

Who would you like to be the next coach? I don’t think anyone has asked this question to you but your posts suggest that it should be someone that would put FTJFL first.

Things happen for a reason and remember that patience is a virtue.

This is where Highlands and CJ met. I was having lunch and rehashing the whole hiring process yesterday at lunch with my brother and I had mentioned that I have been watching video of CJ and his teams bear a similar resemblance of past Highlands’s teams, very disciplined, physical with can’t lose attitude. Thx for sharing, makes so much sense now.

Not many people would know that he did this but thx for sharing . Iam glad he has his priorities straight. ?

Welcome to Highlands Coach James. Thx to the advisory committee for delivering a winner to Ft Thomas.

Probably why it was taken down. Who brought this information to this discussion again?

Well, if all and any of this is true then I say congratulations to those who released information before the school officially did. The issue I see with doing this is the same as others have said. It’s not fair to the school he is leaving behind and more importantly the kids if they all get confirmation from anyone other than the coach himself. Heck, this guy might renege on the deal because he can’t trust the people hiring him now. If you are a parent of a Highlands kid on here and that wound be the case then I would say thanks Mom or Dad...

What the heck. I go outside and clean my gutters, come inside and balance my check book and then look on the computer and wham!!! all of this. Today is Saturday right?

What is changing? We have to hire a coach first. Iam confused by some of the other posts. Did Highlands make an official announcement last night that I didn’t hear? I just feel like whoever the new coach is will be announced soon, but for the record it hasn’t been.

He was a legend at NewCath. RIP

That’s how gullible I’am to think someone actually wrote an article. Idk anymore...

I canceled my Twitters account so I can’t open this read. Could you post it a different way.

Congrats to Beatty and T on the tremendous run. Good luck to all.

Rejection phone calls to applicants taking place as we speak. This 50 page gem getting ready to come to an end.

I like Dave and glad for him. Good Luck!!!
