Trotwood Madison was better than just an average team. They had more talent on their team than any team Highlands faced last year but, talent alone doesn't win football games. I believe they had 7 Div. 1 players on T/M. I feel Highlands could of put the game away early if they wouldn't have had some turn overs that allowed Trotwood to get back in the game.

According to the local paper, it's a done deal for both. Contrats to Peko and Zach!!! I enjoyed the pre game war dance by Peko during the year to get the team fired-up. It was a pleasure to watch Zach grow up and turn into the fine young man he is today...he reminded me of his Dad when he used to play.

Henry521, You are correct...He transfered from Louisville last year and is working out with Thomas More. I believe he wants to play Linebacker for TM - 6-2 or 3 and weighs about 220, not a bad pick up!!! I know Mike is working hard and is real excited about playing this year.

I'm not concerned with this either, plenty of talent there to make changes if neccessary. With the depth in this class and under classmen that can step up, I don't see a problem.

We always hear about the skilled players, how about the big boys in the trenches, both offense and defense? Highlands will be lead by returning starters Adam Dempsey, Michael Labor, Cody Rosenhagen, Branden Roller along with other possible starters Hunter Schlosser, Tyler Grubbs, Brian Beck Peter Bardgett, Kyle Klingenberg and Combs (sorry forgot first name). DMZ and L/N I'm sure I'm missing a few, help me out here.

He is currently rated the 24 best tackle in the draft. He could go as early as the 2nd round or as late as the fourth.

Clay will be a pre-ferred walk-on. After visiting UK last weekend he knew that is where he really wanted to go. He loves the school and wants to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. The UK people believe he can help the team either as a slot reciever or DB.

It mentioned in the paper this morning that Sean is rated the 24th tackle in the NFL draft this year. It looks like he might be drafted this year.

Mex, Ask Timmy O about Charlie Craddock (sp) class of 76, very athletic and could dunk with ease. As good as Charlie was I remember NC playing Male at NC, Male rated number 1 in state NC rated number 2. Charlie put up a hook shot only to have it taken out of the air by one hand. The player from Male was Darell Griffin.
