  1. This will come down to who plays the best defense. I have saw both teams this preseason and both are explosive. LC is doing more than I have ever saw them on offense. Clay will go as Lewis goes. Defensively I feel like both are lacking in many departments. I will take LC's speed by 1 in a high scoring affair
  2. Yes, thier H.S preview comes out Sunday.
  3. Joe is 5'10" last weight was 192 a few weeks back
  4. Knox Central and Evarts. Clay co and Harlan was cancelled due to storms thursday. Have they been rescheduled for tonight? IF so what time. Thanks
  5. Should be a good game to watch early but the Eagles dominated last year and have better returning talent. Lynn Camp lost all of thier skill players. Eagles' Howard runs wild. Eagles 35 Lynn Camp 14
  6. Rock should take this one easy. I wouldn't be surprised if it is over by Halftime. Rock 49 Hounds 14
  7. I don't fully agree or disagree with Cobb but his point about scheduleing is valid. Small schools (Single A) that are typically good are going to have a hard time finding games unless they play much larger schools and even though playing 2 or 3 will help having to play 4 or more can be a real negative especially with the lack of depth vs larger schools and kids getting injured or just down on themselves for getting blown out or even losing 3 or 4 in a row. As far a the money goes I know travel is a expense but I am good friends with many coaches through out the state and with the exception of bowl games I don't know of any one who pays money for a game. It is usually a 2 year contract and each team keeps the money from thier home game. So I don't see how money would effect things.
  8. class A district 8 (Pikevilles') has six.
  9. Kentuckys offense with the exception of one TD drive was very ineffective all night. Both QB's had trouble hanging on to the ball. The center QB exchange with both QB's either under or in the gun was a big problem. There was around 8 or more time that a play was killed because of this. Tennessee's D line gave Kentucky fits and QB's didn't have much time to throw. Kentucky's reciever's were open all night and for various reasons couldn't get the ball. Tennesse didn't have any one who could cover Chaffin or Tamme both of these guys were open mulitple times but didn't get the ball thrown their thier way. Ben Guidugli looked great and made many big plays in the first half. Ky defense was really good until late and the offense really put them in bad positions. Minton, Peters and Johnson looked good but Smith from NCC and Hall from Tilghman looked great to me. All of Ky's DB's were awesome I think Tenn only complete 2 passes and 1 was for neg. yds. Ky should be proud but this is a game that they let slip away by mulitple mistakes. Tenn won but KY certianly gifted wrapped it for them. I am proud of all the kids they played hard and represented KY well.
  10. WAY!! I belive it was against Evarts in the playoffs this past year. I know he did it I saw it on film and it was either the last regular season game or against Evarts.
  11. Where did you get the Strength of Schedule? I agree with you just wondering.
  12. Middlesboro got beat by 2 really good teams. The LC team that played Leslie was not the team that played Middlesboro. Whitley would be able to beat about anyone in the Mountains so I think 'boro will be just fine and they will not lose another game the rest of the season until Leslie and probably win that one and finsh 1st in their district. 8-2 for the jackets
  13. I disagree with Whitley because that game don't mean anything. Anyone in the district would be above them.
