PC has taken a thumping before and managed to survive. Schools have been using them for their Homecoming game for several years, but now they are not so egar. PC will be OK with the talent they have. We don't expect them to be like the 05 and 06 teams. Sims will do just fine with this team. Some may be surprised.

I agree with that philosophy. The team that is down should concede first or take a thumping.

I think you should go back and search some threads from last year. I remember reading and posting in several on the subject. You will also find very few fans from PC who would want to move the Regional from the Fieldhouse myself included. I would not even want to see it in N. KY, and that would be a lot closer to me. The Fieldhouse has tradition, and until someone matches the capacity it should never move. I don't care if Mason does have a slight home court advantage. There are very few times that Mason Co. won the Regional that they where not suppose to win it including last season, but I personally think that the where the best team come tournament time. Just like I feel their the best time this season.

Good for GRC. Bad for every other team they play.

I don't know if you have seen Miller play, but I don't think you will be disappointed.

Most of the time I just have supper (pizza usually) at the game in order to get to watch the JV, and I love shooting the bull.

I think it will be a close race between PC and HC. I would like to see Jamie do well with the Devils just not against PC.

If Miller does not play for UK I do not see him playing for the Vols. There are to many big name schools after him that are above TN in basketball. This is his Jr. year and he will no doubt have some other big name schools on his list before he ends his High School playing days. He is not going to get to play with Lofton even if he would go to TN. There is four years between Miller and Lofton I do not think there will be a big tie between the two. Although I would love to see Miller in UK blue I am going back to the thinking of Rick Pitino when he was at UK. If your a KY boy and you don't jump at the chance when UK offers then I would take it of the table. I don't think Rick's thinking is the same at the Ville.

There is a particular order. 1A Mason Co 1B GRC 3 Brossart I only put GRC at the 1B spot because the Royals are the defending champions and the Regional has to go thru Millerville.

What is the big kid from Bourbon Co. name. Russel something. Didn't he sign with Detroit Mercy in 06?

If you are referring to last year as 05. Keaton Belcher from Pendleton Co. 10th Region signed with Belmont.

If he doesn't do something with your basketball team it will be because of lack of talent not his coaching. Maybe I should not say lack of talent. I should say the will for the Ashland players to buy into his system. He will make Ashland a very good coach, and I wish him the best of luck.

:thumb: KY boys High school basketball would never be the same if it went to a class system. We only need 1 State Champion not 4 or 6.

I think Terry Smith from Harrison Co. is a good young official in the 10th.

Thanks LRCW. I know there are a lot of fans of the 10th who hate to see Buddy go, but there are a lot that are loving it. More so from our 10th Region fans from the North.

Good luck to Coach Biggs. I hate to see him go. Asland is getting a good one. I hope he gets more respect then their last coach. I am only going by what I have seen on here, so Tomcat fans don't jump to a conclusion. I am not including all the fans from Ashland. I know there will be some happy fans from the 10th Region glad to see him gone from PC, and it is not the PC fans. Buddy thanks for great memories your are the man.:thumb:

Jon"The Mustang Killer" Elrod continues family tradition with Georgetown College by signing a LOI for basketball. Jon's Father and Mother both graduated from G'town, and his brother is a member of the Tiger's basketball team now. Jon's Father who also played at PC is a member of the Georgetown Athletic Hall of Fame. Jon is the sixth PC Wildcat to go on to play college ball in the last 2 years. Every player who had a major role on the PC team that went to the Sweet Sixteen in 2005 has found a home in college ball. Congratulations Jon. You have worked hard for what you have accomplished. I know you will make all of us PC fans proud.
