39 carries for 98 yards. At what point do you figure out the rushing game isn't quite working against the defense?

Why not work on the passing game playing someone like Lloyd? I think it's obvious they have one of the best running offenses in the state. What are they going to do when they meet a team late in the playoffs that take the run away? If Mercer doesn't think there is a team in 2A that can contain their run, then they are naive.

Marshall needs to beef up their non-district schedule some if they want to avoid this type of embarassment in the district. If Marshall loses next week, are they a #4 seed or out?

I would think a close game favors Ashland because of their schedule. If it does end up being more than 2-3 touchdowns, I can't wait to hear the rigamarole in the week after, about the reason why they got trounced.

Too bad the game can't end in a tie so we can listen to both sides argue for another year. No way this game is decided by more than two scores.
