The Camels played Holy Cross in week 1 (won 40-7)

Grant was injured in the first half and did not play the 2nd half. I believe it was a leg injury. Hoping it is not too serious. Austin Johnson ran the ball well after Grant was hurt.

Any reports on how this scrimmage went?

14-2 Final. Grand Slam finishes the game.

Harrison has 2 errors in the 2nd. CCHS player called out at home that the radio (WCYN) guys said the umpire missed the call. Little home cooking? Still 1-0

Great game. Both Scott and Campbell pitchers pitched complete games (Murray (sp?) and Woodruff). Campbell scored 2 early and an insurance run in the bottom of the 6th. Scott left a boatload of runners on base. Bases loaded with no outs and only scored one. Now on to regionals. Good luck to both teams!

Thanks to Campbell Co. Seniors Kristin White, Alex Baker, and Lynlee Hertzenberg for the last four years. I'm sure you will be successful in whatever you do in the future.

Campbell Middle School is actually a bigger gym and can hold more people. Don't have any specifics though.

Campbell falls behind by 11 early, down 7 at the half, pulled even after 3, and goes on to win. Katie Kitchen high scorer with 15. Great game. Camels move on to the semi finals Friday night.

Anyone know if this game will be broadcast on the internet? Grandparents in Florida would like to listen. Thanks!

The Camels avenge and early season loss to the Mustangs by winning the championship. Great game. Tied after 1 quarter and Campbell down by 2 at halftime. Mustangs came out hot and took a 6 point lead but the Camels fought back. Kristin White and Brianna Peters made critical free throws down the stretch. White was high scorer with 14 points. All tourney team: Lauren Tibbs (Scott) Emily Sanker (Brossart) Katie Duff (Brossart) Alex Baker (CC) Kristin White (CC) MVP- Brianna Peters (CC) Sorry I can't remember who was all-tourny for Calvary Christian and Silver Grove.

Great game for the Camels. Up 11 going into the 4th, found themselves down 3 late in the game but found a way to win. Kristin White with 15 points and 10 steals. Katie Kitchen with 10 pts. (I think). CCHS will play the winner of Brossart/Calvary on Friday for the District Championship.

FYI, Katie Kitchen is a Jr. and Kristin White is a Sr. at Campbell.

Got to listen to the last ten minutes of the game. Mason had 6 turnovers. Three in the first half that led to points for CC. According to the radio, CC sophomore quarterback, Eschman (sp?), was 17-25 for over 200 yards passing. Not sure if he started the game or Kidman started. Defense must have played well.

The Camel defense was outstanding. Campbell had three turnovers in the first half leading directly to the two scores for TC. Second half they cut out the turnovers while the defense caused several fumbles by TC. Offense looked shakey in the first half but played much better in the 2nd half. Score was 14-14 at the half.

Lexington Tates Creek at Campbell Co. will be at 8:00 pm.

Campbell Co 6 Dixie 3 Scoreless game into the 6th inning when CCHS scored one run with 5 more in the top of the 7th. Dixie scored 3 runs with 2 outs in the bottom of the seventh on a home run. Joe Reif (sp?) pitched a complete game for CC. Way to go Camels!

I was told the CC - Dixie game is at CCHS at 5 PM today. Anyone know if this is correct?
