Way to go Royals,This was an awesome win.Mason lead 41-7 at half and subbed out early in the 2nd half which lead to a couple 4th quarter TDS for Danville.Great way to start the season Royals! :dancingpa:dancingpa

Played 3 quaters of regular football,Scott County won 33-19 i believe.Mason will be very good as Scott County is a very good 6A school.

Its usually LexCath or Scott County depends on who is on the home side of the schedule that year.Its usually the Royals biggest home game of the year.Holmes should be a lot of fun in the Fieldhouse with a packed house,Hats off to both teams.

Don't be surprised to see Sophomore Tyler Black in the starting lineup,Hes becoming a beast inside .He has some very good low post moves so far this summer.Barner is gone at this point ,But don't be surprised come School year when School begins if he isn't back at Mason.

I saw grey water coolers on each end right behind the benches in the 1st row.I assume these were used by the teams.

I finally got to go watch a couple games today.In the 1st game it was Mason all over Bracken 44-18 and in the 2nd game Mason won 52-35 over West Carter.I also saw Bracken beat Augusta by about 10 or so.Good day of basketball.

Exactly,Phil will be missed at times for his depth,But shooting and FT were always a liability.Hopefully he can find a way back before the season starts and finish his career as a Royal,If not best of luck to him and RoyalNation will miss him.
