Mason County/Montgomery County predictions

Featured Replies

What's everyone's take on this upcoming game? Pretty much know what the Royals bring to the table, how about the Indians? Know very little about them, except they beat the Breds' this past Friday. Thanks

Yes, I'd like to also hear what the Indians have to offer?

I say Mason by 3 tds.

I will go out on a limb and take my Indians by a late fourth quarter touchdown.

From what I heard Boyle County do to Montgomery Co. in an earlier scrimmage and how Mason County dismantled Danville's defense, I would say it will be another blow out victory for Mason County. I would say Mason County may be destined for a trip to Bowling Green in December.

I have yet to see Danville. But they are always a very good football team. They took one on the chin from Mason County.

I have seen Montgomery County when they scrimmaged Boyle.

Mason will have no problem what so ever.

Mason by 4 touchdowns.

I don't know too much about either team this season. I haven't seen either team play yet. The past few years when these two teams take the field it has been a very good game. This makes me remember the 2006 season when Montgomery had the ball on the 5 yard line with one play left, went for a touchdown and the pass was incomplete. I know Mason has some good talent but I also know coach Gooch will have his team well prepared for anyone that they face on Friday night.

Hearing all of this about the Indians makes me assume the Royals should at least win their scheduled games by 2 touchdowns+, the only problem I had seen was Harrison County and as bad as Montgomery seems to be against better teams, they beat Harrison County. So Royals fans probably won't see a competitive game this season until deep into the playoffs, most of their scheduled games could be running clock.:irked:

I'm not sure if you are trying to fire up all of Mason Countys opponents or what,But I wouldn't say all that.

It's still early in the season. Mason still needs to prove themselves. One victory does not a season make.

If weather becomes a factor, Mason County's speed may be negated.

Good weather: Mason 34 Montgomery 16

Bad weather: Mason 20 Montgomery 13

Amen to that, I always thought I could flip a coin and be just as accurate.

Don't know about down your way, but we sure got it up here. Just finished a real "lake filler."
