  1. No offense taken, it would make perfect sense for them to look across the Ohio first
  2. Didn't Moeller lose their starting QB a game or two after the T game?
  3. This is probably the best answer you can get. CovCath, while amazing in the past and amazing this year, has been underwhelming in recent years. T has enough games against over-matched teams in district, when going out of district they usually look for more consistency and overall higher level of competition. CovCath, if they keep it up, would be worth consideration I would suspect.
  4. I got my numbers from the KHSAA website.
  5. That is true, but SC has 1174 boys. T as of the KHSAA enrollment report actually has 1155 boys enrolled and X has 1344. While X has more T does not, and that under 200 boy count would probably not be statistically significant. Henry Clay actually has more than T as well with 1232 enrolled boys.
  6. How much will SC lose from this team?
  7. No, they have only lost X in the playoffs with Beatty once, in 2009. That year X won the regular season game as well. It still stands as the only time in the Beatty era where T has lost to X in the playoffs.
  8. What part of KY was this officiating crew from?
  9. What was that about the Wing T again?
  10. T has only been penalized like that twice this year previously to the best of my knowledge, last week against CC and against Warren Central (IN) earlier in the season. Against WC however it was on both teams, not heavily lopsided like the last 2 weeks.
  11. Then I would have a hard time picking against the Yellowjackets. They can struggle on the road sometimes, but in their backyard they are tough.
  12. You indicated that many T fans want to just go for the jugular and keep going, I was merely offering a different perspective. Sometimes we want to get that score to that point so quickly to just get the mismatch over with. Not so much a "CRUSH 'EM!" mentality.
  13. Is this going to be played in Corbin or In Louisville?
  14. Well that I suppose, but also no need to prolong the inevitable. If the other team has no chance then get it over with.
  15. Going to be an interesting matchup, X's strength on D is their run defense. Ought to be a good game.
  16. That is one of things that makes Central such a tough matchup for Belfry is their ability to create turnovers and strike fast. Their style can disrupt the methodical play of Belfry and teams like them. Of course if you don't turn it over and can manage to keep the plodding rhythm going you can beat them.
  17. Scott County is the one team from out in the state that I thought had a shot at the Louisville teams this season. Looks like we'll see that for sure one way or another next week.
  18. Sounds like they are out of their element from what I can tell.
  19. SK managed to hold it off longer than most expected.
  20. Amazing! You can never count out the Yellowjackets, but I sure didn't see this coming. Was Central just that much better, did the drive impact Belfry, was the homefield advantage just that? So many questions to ask. Wow.
