The only reason McKesson is supplying them in such quantities is because the pharmacies are keeping up with the script volume, this goes back to the prescribers.

The issue is more the MDs than anything else. No pharmacy can dispense without a valid prescription. That said going after a big company as opposed to filing suit against a bunch of individual practices is a lot easier.

It could be that Coach Wallace doesn't want to make too many changes right off the bat, more gradual. I mean Wolford tried a bunch of changes in his first year that didn't really turn out too well. Of course I could be remembering that completely wrong, so I may have missed something there.

It was successfully used in couples therapy for some time before someone going through said therapy decided to find someone to synthesize it so he could sell it. Never said it would go away, but with ease of access of a legal alternative most people wouldn't bother. How many people do you know in wet counties that actually buy from a bootlegger? There may be a handful, but by and large most people will go with something that is consistent, regulated, and somewhat safer. Why bother with finding a dealer when you can just go to a local shop instead? Advantage of that too is that they won't really be looking to push harder drugs for higher profit either. Most dealers would love to have a pot head on coke or heroin since they are much more physically addicting. You average clerk making minimum wage just wants to get the transaction over with as fast as possible so they can go back to looking at their phone.
