After watching LCA a few times Beechwood has the advantage in speed and weapons! Pick your poison on who to cover! LCA is big upfront there is no doubt about that but Beechwood isn’t small either! LCA has the advantage up front! If this game If this game was played on grass then I would say LCA wins but this game isn’t being played on grass!

You might be right but Beechwood’s running isn’t bad either! They can score from anywhere! I can’t wait for this game! Fort Mitchell will be rocking on Friday Night!

This game is all about speed vs power! I know LCA is big up front but the Tigers aren’t small though. I know that LCA doesn’t have the speed Beechwood does! I think Beechwood has the best offense in 2a with all of their weapons they have. I’m sure the Tigers will hate a good game plan for this game.

Yes it was! Pikeville dominated us for those 3 years! We all know what happened after 1989. ??

That was one of the coldest games I have ever been to! Pikeville was on fire that night! They were up 28-0 in the 1st qtr.

Yeah of course they are since the KHSAA RPI didn’t do them any favors! Beechwood doesn’t like taking that drive just as much as you guys hate the drive to Ft Mitchell. But Beechwood will end that streak one day down there it can’t go on forever.

Beechwood’s offense is so fun to watch! They have so many weapons! If their defense can start playing better they will be hard to beat I don’t care who they play in 2a!

Mayfield has a good year every year even if they don’t win the title.

They are the favorites but there some good teams left in 2a who Dan win it!

You can never count out Mayfield or LCA! As Snake says earlier there have been many times there was a huge favorite in 2a who didn’t win it. That is why they play the game.

Like I said before that is why they play the games! Beechwood, LCA and Mayfield all have very good teams who could win it this year! OC might win it but they won’t blowout any these teams. Beechwood imo has the best offense in 2a. I really don’t know that much about LCA or Mayfield but I have watched them both play they have very very good teams.

Catholic is good no doubt but to say is they can’t be beat is funny. That is why they play the games.

I disagree with that Mayfield has no chance. You know what they do come playoff time.

Until someone beats Mayfield they are the team to beat. Mayfield is Mayfield!! I’m not just saying this because I’m a former player and Beechwood fan but I think they have the best offense in 2a. With all of their weapons once Fryman comes back who are you going to cover? The only thing that worries me about Beechwood is their defense.

This is sad for Danville football! When I played at Beechwood in the early 90’s when you heard of Danville football you knew they were a powerhouse football program.

It’s crazy how far Danville has fallen. I remember back in 1993 when they had the states longest winning streak.
