It would be Beechwood if I had to pick one of those two teams to win it. I just don’t think Beechwood runs the ball enough or has a good enough defense.

Honestly, I don't see either of these teams winning a state championship.

Wow, you're missing the WHOLE POINT. No high school official should get cursed at and spit on because of a bad call. REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE CALL IS. If we miss a call, that's bad, and believe me, if we blow a call we HATE IT. But these guys officiating 99% of the time have families and work full time jobs, and can't attend classes and train for hours a week like pro officials do. And believe me, you don't do it for the paltry amount of money they pay you

Punished how? You're lucky ANYONE wants to do it now. I did it for 8 years and on more than one occasion had to be walked out to my car to leave.

Yes, I was really disappointed in Highlands lack of discipline. And to be honest, I wasn’t impressed with the way they were coached either.

Did they cancel the game?

I know longer live in the area and only can watch games on line, but Highlands seems very undisciplined.

My grand daughter goes to Beechwood and doesn't play sports, and lives out of district. ACADEMICS is why.
