I like the Wildcats in a close one. They have KOB experience from last year and Snapp will have them ready to go.

Cooper ahead of Lloyd? Cooper will need more production from their other players. They only have one player averaging more than 2 field goals a game. However you can’t ever count them out with one of the better coaches in the region.

3 losses in the first 2 weeks of the season was not on the bingo card for Newport. I still think they are one of the better teams in NKY but the top 5 ranking in the state is proving to be overzealous. The next week at King of the Bluegrass will be telling.

The Newport fan who constantly comments that is beyond obnoxious. Newport will be right there at the end like usual but the loss of Kinney, Covington and Jackson is a lot to overcome.

Newport was down 17 at half they almost clawed back. With Rondon I am certain this would've been closer.

Agreed. They are very senior heavy and should be in the mix for 9th region contention but 7th in the state is a far stretch for the time being.
