Exactly it's Highlands so people are always going to be overly critical. It comes with the territory.

Lloyd is well coached and has arguably the best player . I expect them to make some noise at region.

Lloyd brought the press to Lorenzen. Lorenzen turned to pass raised his elbows and made contact to Kabeya’s face. Absolutely terrible timing for that to happen but was ultimately the right call. Kabeya made both free throws Lloyd retained the ball. Now down 1 Golsby drove was fouled on the shot and made both free throws to take the lead. Listerman had a great shot at the end just didn’t fall. Great game.

Well they started school very early if so he’s definitely not a “reclass” he started school at 5 and turned 6 shortly after ? . Just like he will start his senior year at 17 and turn 18 the same month. Completely normal and the correct class.

It’s Amil Wimzie and he is not a reclass. He is in 8th grade at Highlands Middle School. He is playing up he literally just turned 14 two weeks ago.

Could he and should he be far more aggressive of course. To sit on this forum and ask where does he impact the game is wild. I don’t think he gets 30 plus D1 offers if this is a valid question deserving of a response so I will leave it at that.

Against Cooper EJ had 10 but he affects the game in so many other ways than just scoring. Anthony had 30 exactly. Lloyd was winning after the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter even up by more than 15. I believe 12/13 to start the 4th and the wheels fell off.

They even had a foul to give which was even more perplexing that they didn’t utilize that.

Not sure how those are official stats. James Turner did make a 3 in the first quarter but he was held scoreless after that.

Lloyd did the same last year in the district finals against Dixie. It was almost an entire 4th quarter too. Even went to overtime. Hate watching basketball like that. Ky needs a shot clock.
