Interested to see the trenches battle next week against South Oldham. The dragons have some serious size and skill up front.

North Oldham has I believe two freshmen starting varsity as well as a few sophomores. All of which play in the frosh games as well.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but this likely earns Greenwood a date with Owensboro in round 2. Seems like there are no winners with the seeding.

This Howard kid is a stud. Conyer may be rated higher but Howard no doubt has the greatest impact on the field.

Lady Dragons finally get over the Louisville Catholic school hump.

I’m interested in this matchup since CH plays South Oldham in week 10. Just solely off common opponents I’ll take CH by 14 but am interested to see what CH has against a solid opponent.

Dragons run away with it to claim the district 4 title.

Oldham has around 40 freshmen so this is a good class for them. Watched them play South Oldham and although they lost to South they have a few studs that should to be varsity contributors next season. One of their receivers, I believe his name is Kightlinger, has the tools to be a very good receiver.

Oldham County will not win a game this season. Station by as many as they want.

Jack McCubbin is a senior RB and LB. He was the main running back coming into the season and had a very big off season. He broke his collarbone in their first scrimmage against Southern. That was his first game back and he should be back to 100% effort next week. 3 year starter who will make an immediate big impact.

McCubbin made a return to action tonight. Good to see him get some plays in to get acclimated to the game again. Should take the South offense to another level.

With 3 district wins including one over current second place Atherton that should wrap up the 1 seed. Still have Seneca next week but should be a W.

Dragons on the rise. Was 38-3 with varsity out there. Hearing a big piece is coming back from injury to make his debut soon…

Sure Boykins and Birchfield are great, but it’s the big boys up front that separate Pikeville from the other 1A schools. Year in and year out Pikeville puts out a huge offensive line that no 1A program can compare to. That’s no different this year and you put an elite RB behind them in Birchfield and I’m not sure there’s a 1A program that can compete.

Dragons seemed to have found their stride against their rivals.

The dragons absolutely dismantle a stout North Oldham defense that held Great Crossing to 12.

Incredible game. Both teams are great and I think if they played 6 times each team is winning 3.

I don’t think this is a ridiculous statement. Bob Sphire was not the right hire.

That unsportsmanlike is what stuck out to me. Should be offsetting at the very least.
