I actually think Coach Cain Sams is “the guy”. He’s only had one full year to install his system and offseason program and they had a very solid team. The talent and numbers in the feeder school is exceptional and the overall program numbers are up.

Central clearly has figured something out offensively with back to back offensive explosions. But I gotta ask is 78 too much? I personally think yes.

One of the wildest finishes to a game I’ve ever seen. Collins fan rushed the field during the final kick off resulting in SO getting one untimed down at the Collins 23. They take a field goal and miss and the Titans win. Perhaps even more peculiar is the effect on the district standings following. Now Woodford County is the 1 seed, Scott Co the 2 seed, Collins the 3 seed via head to head, and South Oldham gets the 4 seed.

I’ll agree with you that stylistically Collins is a matchup problem for South Oldham and that Goodin kid is a problem.

Not the only game with an odd score at half in 5AD5. South Oldham is losing to Collins at halftime 21-15.

Garrard has some sneaky good athletes year in and year out. Keep in mind Montavin Quisenberry should be playing for this Lions team.

Central wins this one 48-28. A major upset.

As a UK guy I love to see this for Montavin and I encourage everyone to try and see this young man play while he’s in high school. It looks like he’s playing Madden on the field. I would love to see him utilized in a similar role to Wandale Robinson at UK.

The ones that don’t work out are simply not good enough. Example being Dekel Crowdus who is just not an SEC caliber player. I’m glad he’s getting quality minutes for Hawaii but it’s not UK’s fault he isn’t good enough for the SEC.

He did. Honestly I was not all that impressed with him. Clearly needs more time to learn the North Oldham system. Looked a little lost on some plays. Albeit not too much impact you can have as a one high safety.

Second this. Power 5 caliber player for sure. Have come away impressed every game.
