Owensboro maybe?lol (OC, CAL, St. X)… Idk that South Warren game has me feeling like even by playoffs this BG squad won’t be their dominant self. A tough out no doubt. But dominant per the usual I can’t see it yet.

I wonder how different this list is going to look come Monday. How much does Madisonville move up? How much does Woodford and BG move down?

If Graves can’t get to Ganaway Jr fast like St. X and CAL did(which I don’t think they can). He will pick them apart.

This game was not as close as the score is. Owensboro dominated 2nd 3rd and 4th quarters. 14 of OC points were heavily assisted by flags late in the game. This game could have been a running clock if Owensboro “cleaned up” their 184729590 penalties(would love to know the actual count) it was a flag fest against the Devils… After tonight I believe the Aces will have a good season but I’m not sure they are title contenders. They’re not nearly as talented as the last 3 yrs. Stop Edge you pretty much stop the Aces.

Most surprising aspect of this game I did not expect. The Red Devils are being more physical than the Aces.

Crazy!.. Holding with clear path touchdown smh. Not to mention the kickoff return where OC fumbled the ball at the 5 yard line it rolls into the endzone and they pick it up and run out of the endzone get tackled around the 5 and automatically get the ball at the 20? How does that work? These refs need to tighten up..

I think O realized they’re the better team and picked it up in the 2nd quarter. OC definitely getting all the calls their way.

Is Madisonville that much better than last yr or is it more of PT self inflicted wounds?

I’ve been saying since last yr he needs to be a Receiver. He has great hands and him catching the ball one on one in space is where he would strive the most. Hampton is nit elusive like Green who can make you miss at the line of scrimmage if a block is missed and will be at max speed 3yards past the line of scrimmage. Hampton is a north and south kind of runner who just out runs you. I also felt like the offense was better w/o Hampton. Way to predictable play calling when he’s in.

I agree to an extent. As good as Quisenberry was for Boyle. Would he still have won if he played for Christian County?

I heard he is good to go. They took him out of the DC game for precautionary measures.
