Very impressed with the Ward kid, might be the quickest I've seen in awhile, sometimes too fast. Others were nice complimentary players tonight with all contributing in some way. 89 points without Meyer is something to be said, good luck in the "all A" later this week Indians.

Wow, Holy Cross beats Ryle by the score of 89-62 at Ryle and they are ahead of the Indians. They just played 10 days ago. Time to shock the world against CovCath.

That Szabo kid probably played 2-3 minutes total, maybe Baseball Nut has the minutes he played. He single handily scored at least six 3's last year against the Indians.

Holy Cross beat NCC by 21 and lost to St. Henry by 20, it's crazy day in and day out. These kids are 16 and 17 year olds and have injuries throughout the year when teams play other teams during these times. Anyone can beat anyone with the exception of #1.

Holy Cross defeated Robertson County 75-43 to place 3rd in the Montgomery County Invitational while Dixie was defeated by Woodford County in the championship game.

Holy Cross will be surprising some teams this year, with the addition of Meyer and the returning players look for them to run 8-9 guards at you the whole game. Grammer will get to play his style offense now, running, pressing and shooting 3's.

The HC/Highlands game has been moved to CovCath, varsity only starting at 7:30pm tonight. Not sure of the reason but probably the rain caused something to the gym.

Excellent call Ironlung, not sure why this game was scheduled right after the all "A". Not sure how the schedule works but HC was definitely not ready to play and was totally dominated start to finish in all facets of the game. HC was down one starter and Wahl hurt his hand and sat out most of the second half but they weren't going to beat the Bulldogs on this night no matter.

Did I catch Holy Cross missed 14 free throws? Better clean that part up quickly, especially in tight games. Hopefully Jordan Niehaus gets back in time for their last district game against Beechwood later in Feb.
