Opening Round 12/27

2:30 pm - Boyd Co. vs Mason Co.

4:00 pm - Cov. Holy Cross vs Dixie Heights

7:00 pm - Ashland vs Breathitt Co.

8:30 pm - Owensboro Catholic vs Vestavia Hills

Not sure why they pair two Ninth region teams to play in the first round, best of luck to Holy Cross and Dixie.

Not sure either but I know it's a close one, any final score Baseball nut 24?

Final, HC defeats Dixie 61-58

Holy Cross led by Jordan Niehaus with 19 points. More details in final score thread.

Because it is Ashland's tournament and they get to set up the pairings how they want, which explains why the set themselves up with Breathitt County.

Looks like some good matchups.

Very winable game for Dixie today

I don't think Breathitt will be too much of a problem for Dixie. They are struggling real bad right now. Nothing seems to be clicking in Jackson

Again, remember everyone, individual games need individual game final threads.
