I was more or less being sarcastic with my answer to Playtown. The transportation, as far as I know, has never been paid for by the school but instead an outside booster association. No clue if that's still the case as I am far removed from the program, however.

According to my little brother he's on the team, eligible, and practicing. Unfortunately, it looks like he's trying to crack a lineup that is stacked at WR after having not practiced all summer. However, that's all coming from my brother who is at CCH still and close friends with Brent.

Definitely agree that most NKY schools would do the exact same thing HHS did tonight against a school like St. X. However, and this is an honest question, what, if any, positives did you take away from tonight? Not trying to start a fight, just seeing if you saw something that I missed. I left after the 1st series of the second half but I saw a realistically down St. X squad do whatever they wanted when they wanted.

Sounds like a great opportunity for CCH to get their film/media students some real world and hands on experience. I love when I see the athletic and academic sectors merge together and collaborate.

I agree, the O and D Lines worry me. I've seen HHS win with small players but they were always built like very mean fireplugs haha. Everyone seems, albeit from a distance, to be thin. Skinny arms, skinny legs... No bulk or at least very few with it. I know speed kills but you have to be able to give your speed time to kill IMO.

What kind of expectations in terms of wins and losses does LW have this year?

Today around noon the heat index was 102 on UCs field. I would guess most 5:30pm starts would not be able to go; especially on turf.

Yes, they look very similar. Seems to be the trend with Nike to have the small name on the front. A lot of the college uniforms are the same way. I like the clean, simple, classy look of both CCH and HHS uniforms.

I agree. They look a lot tighter than the older ones; I'm sure the players will like that.
