Just saw on twitter, that the Ryle Freshman defeated a Grant County Froshmore team 35-0. Great start for the young Raiders. Does anyone have any info on who played well or stats?

Yeah would love to hear details on this one. Was surprised no one jumped on this ASAP.

Haven't heard anything on that game, but why is Ryle Freshman playing Grant County? Seems like kind of a wasted game.

Cooper Frosh opens up the season tonight at 6:00 PM, I believe, against the mighty Breds of NCC and I think it is up on the hill even. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Good luck to both teams and I hope they both stay injury free on this warm evening.

Heard it was because they couldn't get a game with Henry Clay. Not sure. But Grant County freshman and Sophmores vs. straight freshman is ok. Better than no game. Hell Cooper playing NCC. NCC is 2a. Grant County is 3A. Why is Cooper playing NCC at varsity level, kinda like Simon Kenton playing CAL. Everyone has to be critical about everything gesh!

HHS at SK tonight at 6pm. First of two games between the two teams. Anyone know anything about SK?

Heard SK has large freshman team 60+.

SK has several really good football players that played for South Kenton last year.

Isn't Grant County 5A

Yes Grant County is 5A. And yes they played freshmen and sophomores.

20-0 at half in favor Highlands. It's not even that close. After 4 possessions SK finally got out of the Negative Yards Column. Highlands is subbing early & often. It's kind of a mismatch right now. Highlands is just that much Faster & Disciplined. SK has some nice size though!

Nice crowd up on the "hill" for this one. Didn't start till about 6:30 because of the heat index.

Breds take the lead on a beautiful 40 yard pass from Paul Kremer to Caleb Jefferson, Jefferson with a nice jumping grab over the Jags defender.

Had to leave so hopefully someone will have a final for us.

All the TDs must have been scored on the end of the field that does not have a goalpost.

Only the 1st NewCath score. Cooper botched their attempt and NewCath went for two and missed
