The super's letter said there is evidence to support the whole family did NOT move. And the coach saying the player lived in Ashland is telling, too. Was the player paying out-of-district tuition to go to Greenup? Why wouldn't he just attend Boyd or Blazer, unless, you know, the AAU ties to the assistant were more than just a mere coincidence.

I'm not putting names out here. They ARE technically covered under public records (so someone can get them if they really want them), but it is not worth burning that bridge. Posting applicants' names does more harm than good. Now if the school comes out and says it had like 100 applicants and 10 finalists, THEN I would pull the records and call the school out for lying and trying to make the interest more than what it was. -

Five or six finalists have been interviewed. Announcement should be this week. -

Some of the Male individual stats are not correct. Fleming assisted all 3 Moore 3s in the first 5 minutes. Glenn had two blocks I tweeted about. And Male should have had more steals. -

Shot clocks in highschool?
Nathaniel Bryan replied to JayRaySL's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
How many kids will go on to play at the next level? And how many schools can afford one or two sets of shot clocks (if you're putting them in auxiliary gym, which you also should so freshman/JV get used to it and you'll want to practice with one) and find multiple people to run them correctly (when some schools can't even do the books correctly)? -

But wait, there's more: "KPGFootball is still going strong, they just have another writer. I can no long write for them. I now work for you." So can anyone prove Henry "HB" Lyon actually exists? Would love to get a FaceTime or Skype interview. -
2019 AP All-State Football Team

So in 2018, KentuckyPrepGridiron founder Fletcher Long, then living in Hopkinsville with a son on the Hopkinsville football team, wrote a feature on former Hopkinsville High coach HENRY (HB) LYON. Long even admits he has family ties to Lyon. KPG has an AP vote even though it never runs any AP stuff on its site other than the All-State Team and weekly top-10 rankings. In 2019, KPG, by its own admittance, says Long is "former" of KPG. Long moved to Breathitt County and became editor of the Jackson paper (which does NOT have an AP vote). Who, by chance, joined the staff at KPG? HENRY (HB) LYON. -
2019 AP All-State Football Team

Fletcher Long started KPG after he was disbarred in Tennessee. He then moved to Breathitt and stated he had nothing to do with KPG (an AP voting member) anymore. Long's other outlets are NOT AP voting members. "HB Lyon" now runs KPG. Although there is no photo listed and I can't find a darn thing on his football or journalistic background. So where exactly are these Breathitt votes coming from if Long isn't still calling the KPG shots? -

Nathaniel Bryan replied to Nathaniel Bryan's topic in KY Football (High School)
Even though he says he gave up his voting right when he became the Breathitt newspaper editor. He paid to join the AP (Not cheap) so he could vote for weekly team rankings and All-State. Because based on their website and print edition, the never run anything written by AP other than high school rankings and All-State. -

I'm guessing Owensboro didn't nominate or vote for him. Wouldn't expect like Louisville to vote for him when they have DI guys like Watkins and Cummings. Plus, you really do NOT vote for that many kids at each position. Hence the reason so few punters and kickers and the AP lumps TEs with WRs as well. -
Here is the 2019 Kentucky Associated Press All-State Football Team by school. Three players were HM (honorable mention) or better at two positions. Mr. Football Michael Mayer of CovCath was 1T (First Team) on both sides of the ball. Official Link: The AP'''s 2

My source tells me it ain't Wolfe. I'm seeing several tweets about Haddix, though. -

I do NOT think it's Wolfe. I trust my source. I do my research before putting stuff out like that. -

I've got a pretty decent track record and some pretty good sources. I'll eat a ton of crow if this happens. I won't hide. I'm not hard to find. I post under my real name everywhere.
