Berea joins the list of schools looking for a new head football coach. Aaron Stepp was 8-13 in two seasons as head coach of the Pirates, including a 7-4 record in 2019 - Berea's first winning season since 2009.

Sorry to hear of Coach Stepp's medical woes forcing him to step down.

He orchestrated one of the most incredible turnarounds in high school football this past year.

Best of luck to Coach Stepp and a speedy recovery to the Berea Pirates sidelines.

Any word on a captain for the Pirates?

Berea is in a travel-challenged district with Eminence, KCD, and Frankfort. Those are some long bus rides for a team that struggles to field a team year in and year out. Best of luck to someone!

I have heard there are several candidates who have applied.

Welcome to BGP @piratenation

Per WBON Sports, Tony DeGregorio has been named interim Head Coach for Berea.
