I agree with all the above. I love Wheeler's game when he is mentally into it he is a great PG along the lines of Ullis. Collins right now reminds me of Andre Riddick. If it's not a dunk, don't count on a score. Blocks shots unless he's muscled out. Allen is a mystery for me. Maybe he would do better in a 3 guard lineup, I don't know. Almost everybody took a step back last night in improvement and they looked as disinterested as I was watching them. Hard to "get up" for every game but if they don't screw on the mental helmet these next few games are going to be awfully rough.

The only period of consistent success was under Ron Finley in the late 70's to late 80's. He left there to coach Campbellsville. He won 4 District/Sub-District Titles if memory serves.

Decided to look. Boyle returns 3 on the OL for next year. 2 TE's and the #1 RB and #2 RB as well. Defense shows the Rebels returning: 2 on the line, one of which is Zeismer. 2 LB's return and 3 DB's Sage Dawson will likely step into the QB spot as a rising Junior and the Rebs will need some Receivers to step up. Should be interesting.

Some others can answer better than I. Im pretty sure Boyle returns Tommy Zeismer, the Stone kid, Avery Bodner, Sage Dawson, some of their OLine as well. Rebel or someone can complete the picture with more in-depth analysis.

Scott has a lot of mistakes. But their offense has only produced 7 points.

Two or three of the Scott penalties have been breaking the Huddle and substituting in formation. Once Delay of game on a punt cause half the punt team wasn’t out on the field. Rebels had two punt return TD’s called back. Also got an unsportsmanlike when the Scott OL pushed the Boyle Defender n the kid held his hands up to the Ref who was watching called the flag on the Rebel.

He is only a Junior. But if he is consistently like this all year I can see him going pro after this season. Particularly if that 15+ foot jump shot stays consistent.

Do you mean this Christ School in North Carolina that is currently 4-5 on the season according to Maxpreps? Look, I think Corbin is a strong contender if not the #1 team in the class but the teams that might be historically good were not this year. They weren't dodging anyone, just SK and Somerset were down this year.

I think Boyle and Danville have more in the 30 year window.. That was my point. When ranking top programs over that time titles would not place them in the top 4 but their overall record of post season excellence would.

I think you are probably right. Mayfield is there not because of the number of titles in that period, ( which is only 7), but the number of the times they've made the Final and/or the Semi-Finals.
