South Warren up 14-7 with 1 minute left before half.

Last score update I got was 7-7 with 8 minutes to go in 1 quarter.

Yeah that’s definitely an understatement. I guess we aren’t getting a broadcast tonight. The local radio station used to do a decent Facebook broadcast of the games, but I don’t see that either.

Yep. Don’t think Greenwood will have much success. They are pretty limited on what they can do. South may not blow them out, but I don’t see Greenwood being in a position to win. South 28 Greenwood 14

Good observation with the schedules. Do we know if South is fully healthy? I would think the Spartans could handle Greenwood fairly handily if they are.

I’d be curious how many starters for South Warren are injured and may not be playing. A fully healthy South Warren would have no issues beating Greenwood. A short handed South Warren could have some trouble. Regardless I don’t think Greenwood will win. I’ll take South Warren by at least two touchdowns.

Finally a 5A ranking that’s about right.

I’m guessing they’ll move Greenwood up higher in the top 10 and probably move BG down. ? BG should be hands down #2, but they’ll probably just move up to #3.

BAHAHAHA. That was surprising that Greenwood’s offense couldn’t score more given BG’s defense is not exactly great this year. And that Greenwood apparently has Superman on their roster. But then again BG is not a 3A school either.

Absolutely. It would definitely help them if they did it right. Heck if they just actually played teams from their own class would help. But they probably wouldn’t be able to pump their chest about their record.

It’s a joke that Woodford was ranked over BG last week. It will be worse if they are still ranked over them next week.

No surprise here. BG had a TD called back and three bad turnovers or it would have been a lot worse. Anyone that pays any attention to schedules and have seen these teams play knew this would not be a game. The Greenwood defenders come out after beating a bunch of lower class teams and think they have a shot. Every year they don’t. It’s all fools gold. I don’t believe they have a shot at beating South Warren either. It may not be a blow out, I don’t believe Greenwood will ever be a threat to win.

Definitely a fumble. But the refs have to make that call in real time at real speed. It's hard to tell at full speed.

I’m not confused on what a poll should be. I know what they should be. Which is you out the best teams with the best resumes in order. And I don’t know why you would think FD would automatically not be #1. Maybe, maybe not. And your suggestion of having WoFo behind Cov. Cath, BG and South Warren is correct because it’s based on real data.
