Good win tonight for the Royals without Pig Williams. Also a strong showing by the Fieldhouse Krazies.

As I've read lately on BGP, it seems the Mason/GRC rivalry is starting to fuel back up. Hope these teams meet in the 10th region tournament, will be a fun game to watch.

As of now, I believe Pig Williams is still out with a shoulder injury. Amani Thomas is likely to play after taking a blow to the head last night against Paris. I still see the Royals winning by 20.

I was way off with my prediction. Pendleton wanted this one bad. Unbelievable shooting in the first half and a pretty solid defensive performance for the Cats. Keaton Belcher definitely has them headed in the right direction. As for the Royals, they have got to defend the perimeter and get Dorian Henry the ball on offense.

Central and Trinity seem to be very evenly matched. The 7th Region tournament will be very intersting this year. Honestly, I think it is up for grabs between Central, Ballard, Trinity, and can't count out DuPont Manual either.

The 2013 state championship featuring Ballard and Madison Central. The end of this one was unforgettable. Ballard controlled the first half jumping out to a 34-22 lead over Central. The Indians went on a run in the 2nd half and were down 2 with 15 seconds left to go in the game. George Walker stole the inbound and Ken-Jah Bosley hit the game winning three with 2 seconds left in the ball game. All-around one of the best state tournaments in recent memory.

Royals whole starting five had a great game. Boone came in to replace Amani Thomas and played a great game. Solid victory for Mason County.

Royals without lockdown defender Amani Thomas tonight due to an ankle sprain. Mason County got off to a horrendous start. Any game where Dorian Henry starts out with a 0% FG percentage will be a tough one for the Royals. Looking forward to seeing them bounce back Tuesday vs. Holmes at The Fieldhouse.
