Okay let me chime in, I hope Hardin can mix it up a little. The best way is to keep Boyle on their heels by mixing pass and run. Short, intermediate and deep passes to pressure the secondary and force the LB to hesitate on wether to come up to stop the run or drop into coverage. You have to win first and second down against Boyle. If you have 3 & 3 or or 3 & 4 you can do either. If you're looking at 3 & 9 good luck

It's hard to project what Legend will be at the next level. I expect a productive season for him this and next year. It's one of those things where I think a lot of QB look good in shorts throwing against no pass rush. LC plays Ryle, Covington Catholic, and Johnson Central in 3 of their first 4 games so I feel that will be a great slate of games to judge him. He definitely posses the height, athletic ability, and mental capabilities to play on Saturdays, but the other things have to be proven against a pass rush and tricky coverages.

Engler knows his stuff. Placing Station on the scrimmage list will only help their QB. On defense alone, Station will have a couple division 1 kids playing this Friday.

I am not sure what format this scrimmage will be but I am going to judge it on first team vs first team. I think at this point considering the timing of the scrimmage and the match ups if give the slight edge to Bryan Station. Athletically one of the more gifted teams in the secondary that you can find in the state. I'm going with the Defenders in a 4-10 point win.

BGP has Lafayette as a top 5 school in the state in 6A. BGP has that but there's no way the game is even close against Trinity. I think they are a team with two of the best individual players in Willis and Young, but they don't have the weapons to keep up in scoring and they lost a lot of key pieces on defense. Sprinkle in the departure of the assistant coaches who are now at Woodford County, I see them as a team that can't be taken serious in 6A.

Overhyped? Who has Henry Clay as a contender? I live up here and I can assure that they are not being hyped at all as a title contender. They faced the number one team in the state and 44-0 was the score and it would've been the score to 90% of the schools in this state. I think the only buzz HC will get this year is from the individual talent in Robinson and Buford. Sounds like they didn't play their best, but that happens when you play a top 100 team in the country. Trinity has set a standard that Henry Clay and the rest of the state can't touch. I think that JC vs Lexington Catholic game will be great for both teams. I don't think LC has ever turned a home and home with any KY opponent. I do think this too will be a great measuring stick game for both teams. I not only want to see the matchup but I definitely want to see the adjustments that will be made. They both are so different from one another that I'm not sure who can impose their will

Wow..... Lafayette is way too high. The players to watch list has Mason on Scott County it should have Lafayette. I think with the Division 1 prospects on the team folks assume that they are worthy as a team for being up in the rankings. No way they are top 5 material as a team. The stars they get on recruiting sites won't help them win games. They had more athletes last season and still got eliminated early in the postseason
