  1. Conner did not lose much talent nor gain much either, they should be similar to what they were last season . just a little more experienced.
  2. Scott and Newcath could go either way . They still have a great running back at NCC. As for Conner they had a down year but still beat South oldham last year and played Cooper and Scott tough . Scott beat them by 1. Mason ...? Scott will have thier number this season . Dixie will be a tough one for the Eagles to pullout and as for Sk . Sk to deep for Scott to overcome. It is also last game of year before playoffs start. Probably won't keep starters in after halftime. Scott is not deep enough to afford injuries. Scott should breeze through the district besides Bourbon. I do agree the program has come along way !!! Good luck
  3. That's great to hear !!! Can't wait to see where he ends up picking in the end !!
  4. Who does Dixie play in their first few games , so the line can get some experience and time to mold ?
  5. Yes, he is at Scott . I wasn't clear on offense or defense line this season. I have heard they were trying to utilize some of the younger guys to keep fresh legs . I was under the impression they may utilize Tucker more on defensive nose and give him breaks on oline . I have been just sidebar and informed Tucker will be a junior playing Offensive Guard or tackle and Nose this season .
  6. Not sure exact plans for Gage Tucker . I haven't heard ?
  7. Ron Rice senior 6'1 295 J. Rummel senior 6'0 260 S. Dornbach Soph 6'1 260 J. Durstock soph 6'0 275 S. Yeary soph 6'0 220 (Scott high school offensive line 2015)
  8. Pretty impressive. Has he had any college looks ? If so who ?
  9. Yes. I agree. I do hope they made some adjustments in some of the offense . I love the running game , just need to open up a passing game as well . If Scott could get a passing game down , and with the running attack.... the Eagles could very well be successful. It should be a great history making season. Excited to be in the new district !!!
  10. I say top 3 will be Bourbon, Scott, and Mason . I don't expect Holmes to be a threat this season.
  11. I would definitely have Sk in the top 10 . Probably for now around a good 7 spot. But don't be surprised they move up to a 5 or so after a few weeks into the season . They will be solid this season .
  12. My apologies..I forgot to list Holmes. They are also in the same district !
  13. They are in an interesting district. Bourbon Scott Mason Harrison
  14. Does Bourbon have a large number of returning players ?
  15. I agree . I had a very close friend , that coached baseball at Dayton high school several years ago . He shared many stories of the challenges he dealt with being a smaller school and some of the discipline issues.
  16. Great to hear !! Had strong family ties out towards Nancy in the 80s . (Tuckers) of Somerset. Always my home away from home !!!
  17. Yes . The turf was approved and will be in and ready by the Home opener against Russell County at PC field week 4
  18. They have only lost a handful of seniors. They should be pretty solid again this season .
  19. Kenton county has some good school and programs on the rise checkout Independence or better yet Taylormill area. Great facilities and motivated enthusiasm.
  20. Any of the kids that have any talent should just transfer and get out while they can. It isn't fair to the athletes.
