sportsfan08 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 No offense, but if that kid runs a 4.54 I run a 4.2. It's crazy the 40 times that people post. This kid is probably in the high 4.7's or low 4.8's.
Ram Posted March 15, 2015 Author Posted March 15, 2015 200 pounds and a 4.5 40? That what the internet says. Well, 197.........

I know he broke a 20 or 30 yard run on SK and was gone. He looked pretty fast to me. The question will be does he have a line to block for him?
Content1 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 As a Dixie Heights fan I'm really excited for Cameron and the Dixie Football family. This young man has a lot of upside and we look forward to seeing how Coach Brossart and staff utilize him this season. He backed up Luke Zajac exclusively last season in a support role at RB. He'll be playing on both sides of the ball this year. Likely S, or SAM. The kid works his hind end off in the weight room and classroom (4.0). Per reliable sources the speed is legit. Ran the 4.54 40 at the WKU satellite camp at Ryle last Summer. Also has a 7.0 60 time at a PBR baseball combine last winter. Then ran a 6.8 60 at a summer baseball tryout. Have been told he is going to run track vs play baseball this spring to better prepare, endurance wise, for double duty on the gridiron. An emerging young Dixie line, and him running more downhill in the first and second levels, will certainly influence the amount of success "Wheels" has this year. Going to be a lot of fun to see how it all unfolds. I'll be on the sideline with my ...
OlDog75 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 That's it, all about how well that O-Line performs. If it's as young as I think, it may take a few games to jell in the tough 5A. If that O-Line can't open holes, Barrett better be fast, real fast to get around those corners.
nkuclubbaseball19 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 For those questions Cam's speed, it's legit. He is fast. Very, very fast.

Content1 Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Who does Dixie play in their first few games , so the line can get some experience and time to mold ? Trial by fire... Game 1 (H) against Scott Game 2 (A) against a senior laden Milford squad Game 3 (A) sk......Cooper, Highlands, Covcath, Ryle. Strength of schedule will not be an issue! :lol2: Spring football and pre-season will be key in ramping up and gaining experience. The Dixie Heights line will need to gel, mold, and solidify quickly! :thumb:
BubbyKY Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 For those questions Cam's speed, it's legit. He is fast. Very, very fast. From KY Milesplit: Cameron ran an 11.4 100M last night at Boone County Championship. FAT timed, not hand. A lot of NKY 2015 Running Backs to be are running track this Spring. This is by far the fastest to date for this group.

It was the only way to keep him off the field. A few years later that went away and he was a nightmare to stop! I really enjoyed his game and I wish him much success other than against my Bluebirds!!! Boy is fast...,
Content1 Posted July 14, 2016 Posted July 14, 2016 The young man earned an offer from Morehead St. after a successful camp last month. Has interest from other Pioneer League schools, the Ivy League, EKU, Marian ( NAIA National Champs ), DePauw, and Centre. Looking like he'll have choices and choices are a beautiful thing! Wishing continued success to him... :thumb:
excele1001 Posted July 14, 2016 Posted July 14, 2016 Very well deserved. Great young man. Great family.
AreLinz Posted July 14, 2016 Posted July 14, 2016 I don't understand why his highlights are from a scrimmage(intersquad?) and another team(I'm guessing Scott?) Did he only play two games? He look like a VERY solid player though.
