Freshman GC 22 Russell 14.....final

GC has its full roster available.

Please know your facts before you post things like this. None of this is true.

My bad. Should have said held them well below those teams average.

Greenup only lost 4 starters from last year. Return 3 yr starting qb Jared Hunt, RBs Ryan Byrd (2000yrds the last two seasons), Jake Wright (12tds) and FB Cade Warnock. 4 wins last year with 4 loses coming in the 4th qrt. Also held every team they played last year to lowest point totals of the year. Im a homer, but should be a great year.

Chris Lofton, Mason County

Corey Lyle RB Greenup. Lead the state in rushing 2010.

Kids are throwing up some big numbers in the weight room. 3 kids squatting 500+.(Warnock, Wright, Craycraft). Warnock and Craycraft both benching 300+. All players making huge jumps on maxs this week.

Christian Wireman, Kyle Gammon, Gage Hughes, Brody Shope. Jordan Hill

Gary is 100% at Rowan. He did accept the job at LCC and then decided on Rowan. Assistant principal and assistant fb coach.

Gary is at Rowan and will be an assistant coach.

Rumor is Gary Mcpeek will be calling the offense this year.

Guess i should have said 3 solid programs?

Alot of talent and dedication from the jr and sr classes on this team. Weightroom numbers have been up and spring ball went really well.

Also beat Johnson Central. 3-0 this weekend against 3 good teams.

Final

This is the bad part of having a 3 team district. Having to schedule 7 games instead of 5 or 6.

Cade Warnock (soph) Greenup 175lbs Bench 280, Squat 475, Power Clean 275 Won his weight class at Raceland and Boyd weight meets.

Raceland, Greenup, Russell, Johnson Central, Betsy Layne, Wheelersburg, Lewis, Boyd, West Carter.

Wheelersburg won last year.

Greenup finished second. Cade Warnock won the 175 class with 1010 lbs. Jake Wright won 155 class, and Greg potter won 145 class. Had many other kids place.

4100 seems low for The Greenhouse in Greenup County.

Kyle Cochran (greenup) - pikeville

Champlin played at pikeville, d cord at greenup for 2 years under Copley, assistant at fairview under Mcpeek, and last season d cord for east carter. Good young hire for East.

Hatfield should not only be in the top 7. He should be #1 on the list.
