There is definately bad blood between the two schools. However. nothing was ever said by Lucas to constitute a "hissy fit". Now Beatty and Zuberer both are a mess at times and definitely have issues with one another.

What did Dr. Lucas say? I have never heard this, not saying it didn't happen. It's my opinion that it is never a teams job to stop scoring.

You can slice it anyway you like. You "inside info" is a little off. Yasir Durant #70 has 0 offers according to rivals. They have 3 players who have scholarship offers with #8 leading the way. They had 7 players go both ways meaning they had 15 starters. Any win is a great win, but no need to embellish it.

Slow down there little lady, I have no idea as to what you are referring to outside of my analysis of this one game, the only Trinity game I have watched this year. I have an opinion of the ball game that I watched. Trinity has two threats Burns and Brooks. Defensively Trinity is stacked, very stout, but still some holes in the coverage, the middle of the field stays wide open. Imhotep was very large but extremely unathletic, the 6'7 340 tackle couldn't even run onto the field, he looked like a mall walker taking the field. #7 and #8 were players and #3 in spurts but undersized. Imhotep's special teams were the worst I have ever witnessed at a "6A" game, I know they are PA 3A.

Managed the game fairly well but not much of a threat through the air, most passes were jailbreak screens and sprint outs. Not going to beat anyone by themselves like last year's QB could.

I wouldn't go that far. Trinity was not that impressive offensively. Their defense is very stout, but Imhotep was far from an all star team. They had 2 great players and that was it. Their entire team played both ways and none of the large lineman for Tep could move at all.

They have been on decline for the last couple of years. In my opinion they made a bad hire this past year to hire a coach with "experience" and passed on two of the top young coordinators in Louisville. They may not win a game this year.

I would go 1. Male 2. Trinity 3. Manual 4. Meade County 5. St. Xavier 6. Scott County 7. Simon Kenton 8. Henry Clay 9. Bryan Station 10. Central Hardin Just my 2 cents though.

Scott County and St. X are both rated too high. Butler should not be in top 10 either.

Manual is a great team with several threats on offense, led by Nero, Comstock, Blackford, and Wrist. They have a defense that is playing at a high level only allowing 7 points and 143 total yards against Bowling Green and Central according to their stats. They have had 8 sacks in the two competitions. Manual could very well get over the hump this year and knock off Trinity and St. X. Only time will tell.

They will have a very talented team coming back, but will also be losing a very solid quarterback and there leading tackler and signal caller on defensive side of the ball. Returning players to watch: Senior running back Michael Nero who had 5 games with over 200 yards rushing this past year. One of the top running backs in the state. They have a division 1 receiver William Blackford who will only be a junior. They have four studs on defense. Seniors DJ Smith, Colin Boldin, Chris Dyer at LBs. Tyrone Horton at Defensive end. It will be a very interesting year, the seem to have Male's number but have to break through with wins over the parochial schools.

Manual does not run a wing t offense. They have been West Coast for the last 4 years, since Coach Lucas, Rigdon, and Johnson came from Bryan Sation. Russel Rigdon knows football, but unfortunately he did not get the job either.
