Do you think when the Birds won the region , JC said...aw no, not those Bluebirds from Ft Thomas Highlands?!?!? They ruin everything....

I believe the magic number is 7 new everyday starters this year. Kreeger was the only returning starter. Not counting the pitcher, but both Doty and Raisor returned as well.

Highlands has played very well verses Elder over the last couple of years. Even when the Panthers were having a decent season. Since 2013 the Birds havent lost to them.

KHSAA is correct. 2 losses to Moeller, cincy St X, 2-1 loss Strongville who beat Moeller and 3-2 loss to Centerville who beat Moeller twice. Lex Cath, Cov Cath and PRP who is ususally pretty strong are all quality opponents. It's all about competing against good competition, and being ready when the tourney starts.

We're getting pretty close to the 2016 season. What's everyone's predictions for the 9th region? Should be a good season.

Seems Kind of Harsh. Some beef possibly? Every where Coach Lickert has been he's been a positive influence on the field and most certainly off the field. From Dayton to Covington and out to the county they've all been very impressed with everything he does.
