Congrats to West Jessamine. Sounds like they were a dominant team.

Very little doubt who the best team was at the end. Just an impressive display against very, very good teams. They deserved the championship.

Congrats to Highlands DJ Mills, Grayson Heck and Joseph Martin for making the All-Tournament Team.

Congrats to West Jessamine on a fantastic tournament run. Great to see the 12th Region come out on top too. Crazy to think that this team was three outs away from going home in the 12th region final against Garrard County.

Scoring double digits in 4 straight games against the best teams in the state is very impressive. They scored more runs against HHS than HHS had given up in previous 8 post season games combined. Congrats to WJ. Very deserving. Also congrats to my Birds for a heckuva season.

Wow , what a hot team. WJ scoring 48 runs in state tournament is just crazy. Getting 3 or 4 runs is hard , let alone double digits in every game. Congrats to WJ, and the other 15 teams on having great seasons. Had a blast this last week, watching games. And very proud of Greenup Co , Great job boys.

But yeah they had a great run and once again are the envy of many programs
