Fire Inside

22-16 Dixie half.

I don't think it's time for him to go. Trent works hard at his craft as does the rest of the staff. At the end of the day the kids (players) have to make shots and make passes. This team turns the ball over at alarming rate. It hard to use the bench as discipline, when the bench doesn't have much on it. This team starts two kids that would start for about any other program in NKY and three kids that wouldn't start for anybody else. And the bench is JV and middle school players. I'm not knocking the kids, they work hard and do the best they can do, they are just not in the best situation for them. Krohman and Neice have given SK some great minutes but they are in situations that they are not ready for or not strong enough for. So if you don't have a bench you have to tough on kids. But when your tough on kids your labeled as Trent is as a, well we cant say it on BGP. So now most will say it's Trent's fault they we have no bench because he has ran off the "football kids". Trent hasn't ran anybody off!! Kids choose to play or not play. Racke has signed D1 football. I think most people almost expected he would concentrate on football the way Morgan did at Ryle. Heck Morgan might have been a better baseball player than football when he was younger but chose football. Did the Ryle/Hazard baseball coach run him off? As for the others maybe they didn't want to be role players as they are use to starting in football. What ever the reason is, Trent hasn't ran anybody off that didn't want to be ran off. The player that are there want to be there. Trent is just the goat.

I would have to believe head to head wins out.

Probably be: 1 seed Walton 2 seed Grant 3 seed Wtown 4 seed SK

Congrats to Trey Wurtz on being accepted to Rose Hulman to further his education and basketball career. Keep working young man.

Any stats?

Cole Hegyi scored his 1000 point in the game. Congrats to one of the best young men I know.

This team does a horrible job feeding the post and defending the post. Grant score most of its points in the paint.

The collapse in Independence continues. Grant wanted more, period.

The collapse continues in Independence.

I agree but that run had more to do with SK having the ball in the wrong kids hands. At some point this season I would to see SK play basketball and not play plays.

Final. JV played most of second half.

Amen....preach brother. Said it all year.

Who won championship?

No not really, just called soft.

Play Desalles tomorrow night at 8:30.

Being the best player on the best team in the region has to get him some POY votes for the 10th.

Stats?

12/21 2:00 Scott vs Central Hardin 3:45 Dixie vs Aiken 5:30 Lloyd vs Gallitan 7:15 SK vs Highlands

He should get twenty touches a game and doesn't. Makes me scratch my head.

Who are the refs?

Any updates on this one?

End of a great career tonight, Dante Hendrix played his last game as a Jag. Can't wait to see him at the next level. Absolutely one of my favorites.

You should love your haters, they are your biggest fans.
