Cov Cath without Flood and CVH beat Oak Hills both halves. Walters has improved. -
I really think there is. I don't see CC running away and hiding from anyone in the 9th. Cooper, NCC, Newport will be very solid. One injury for any of these teams will hurt their chances. If Arnold and Moore can give Holmes quality minutes they will be solid. I look for the 9th to be the wild wild west this season. Anybody can win on any given night.

CC will be good but not top five in state good. I still think Cooper wins the 9th and Sean McNeil becomes the top player in the 9th. Don't base your opinion of this Cooper team on their first meeting with Cov Cath in December. Hendrix will just be getting out of football and will need at least a month to get into a rhythm. Cant wait to see them play in March.

I received an email today from AAU saying nationals are going back to Orlando? I thought Lville was perfect for the college coaches to watch games.

Another player that will be on this list by season end is Dante Hendrix at Cooper. He is the straw that stirs the drink for Cooper. Has never really gotten the hype in my opinion for what he does. If he comes out of football playoffs healthy he will have a big season for Cooper. -

My top five would be: Players McNeil CVH Weyer/Wilson tied Snapp If Goetz has any help so teams cant chase him all night, I look for him to continue what we seen in the regional tourney and this summer. Teams Campbell Cov Cath Newport NCC Cooper, Cooper can move up very quickly if they have any bench what so ever. Mcneil, Hendrix and Kunkle will be a tough match up night in and night out. -

Date is correct but schedule isn't set -
Arnold and Beez two different styles but both talented would cancel each other out. Moore and the big football kid for HC would also cancel each other out in my opinion. Neither one scares me offensively. As for nobody other than Beez starting for Holmes I would dis-agree too. Holmes don't have a kid on the team that shoots like Jakubowski or Shrand. Like you I am not knocking any Holmes kids. Jakubowski will be the best shooter in the 9th. Last year in the tournament Beedle face guarded Jakubowski the entire game. Shows the respect the Holmes coaching staff had for his jumper. I think this game will come down to tempo and style. I can see HC beating Holmes if they get the tempo going the way they want it.

Best crowd at SK all season. Atmosphere was great but not as great as the girls regional championship on Thursday night.
-
They scrimmaged right before the season started I believe. Carson hurt his ankle in the 2nd half.
-
He had two plays that he had two pancake blocks in the same play. Scary thing about Colton is, he should be a freshman. Parents started him in school early.
-
UC coach at the game going sideline to sideline watching both QB's.
-
I don't think Holmes is more talented that HC. More athletic at some spots maybe but not more talented. McClendon is a nice player the rest of the starting five I don't think is better than HC starting five. Two very different teams, two different styles. Which ever style they play would win in my opinion.

Shouldn't your God Son be before the newspaper kid?
-
I would move Holmes out of the top five and possibly move up Holy Cross a spot.

HC is will start a bunch of seniors that can fill it up from deep. They still don't have a true post player but on any given night they can beat you. If I was Holmes or Cov Cath I wouldn't want to draw them first night of the district. Erich Jakubowski has grown to about 6-2 and is the best catch and shoot shooter in the 9th region. We all know what Beez can do, great hoops IQ. If they can get Zimmerman to play a complete game and not turn it over, they will be a fun team to watch this season. Good luck to Ryan and the HC team this season. -
Any Tanner Morgan stats?
