  1. For the record this thread was started by Guru with statement taken off a facebook post. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think one BW person stated it in this thread or the game related threads on BGP.
  2. I think that game vs Holmes was shortened because of lightning. Possibly only 2 1/2 quarters.
  3. So if I figured this correctly Yeagle last 6 years 6-5 with 1 loss greater than 7 points Rash 8 years 3-6 with 3 losses greater than 7 points Safe to say that NCC has turned the tied vs BW in recent years.
  4. VOR, could you give us the scores records vs Cov Cath and NCC Coach Rash and if possible back to the 2000s Yeagle years? IMO they should be able to play even with NCC and competitive losses with Cov Cath would be acceptable.
  5. Congrats Frankfort, good luck rest of the way! Beechwood losing Studer on the first series really hurt them. The kid has the heart of a lion.
  6. Thanks for digging this info up but I'm pretty sure the 2007 game was a semi-final match-up. Winner went to the State Championship. The following year it switched to regional match-up and the reason BW had to travel to Frankfort in back to back years.
  7. Skinny, whats up with this? "While Simon Kenton senior quarterback Brenan Kuntz was nothing short of perfect in last Friday’s 58-6 Class 6A first-round playoff win over Louisville Seneca, his head coach, Jeff Marksberry, is hoping he can channel his inner Michael Jordan when the Pioneers face Dixie Heights in the second round this Friday...."
  8. Not true since everybody makes the playoffs. Repost next week!
  9. Here is a picture from a few weeks ago at Beechwood's first home game. Miles lead his teammates onto the field and through the banner. His mother posted on Facebook: "Who loves his job? Thanks Beechwood Tigers-Football for making this possible. — feeling blessed with Jim Laird at Beechwood Independent High School." Actually the faces on the kids behind Miles are just as good. Miles makes a difference in their lives!
  10. I see Louisville pulling it out. But it's gonna be tough this is a very talented ucf team.
  11. Looking from Ludlow. They have been losing quite a some of the really good athletes to other school. One in particular is Drew Moore, still lives in Ludlow and plays at Dixie
  12. He is also a very good lacrosse player. Being contacted by many D1 schools.
  13. Incredible athlete. Would say he is the fastest player on the team. Saw him chase down Scruggs in open field.
  14. Heard Thomas went down anyone know what happend??
  15. I'm glad this game is back. I played after high school and was an awesome experience. Unfortunately the year I played the coaching staff took to playing the starters for 3 quarters of the game which put a damper of the work we up in. Not to mention we still got killed by the other team playing every player on their roster.
  16. Weren't they supposed to play Wyoming originally?
  17. Dixie has their own team. Kids are from beechwood, st henry, I believe most of the players are from the Boone county schools besides Conner
  18. Only cov cath students play for cov cath as well as Dixie students for Dixie. Anyone that does not go to those schools plays for NKY warriors
  19. Not sure about sleeved teams. Cincinnati players like then. http://m.espn.go.com/ncb/story?storyId=8999016&src=desktop
