Ohio Double OT Semi-Final ends on missed FG after..........

Loveland advances 38-35 in Double OT on missed FG after Zanesville receiver ruled out of bounds in endzone on TD catch that would have won the game. And it sure looked like he had a foot inbounds. I'm sure there will be photos and video forthcoming.

Loveland has a very impressive team this year.

Great game Loveland faces a Cleveland team next.

Glenville/Loveland should be an entertaining game.

Cooper lost a game this season on a very similar call. Hate it when the officials screw up and cost a team a big game. I wish they wold let the players settle the game on the field.

Really wanted to see Z-Ville take this one.

I was able to DVR and watch it.

Glenville is the best recruited team in Ohio and I am one who does not use the recruit word much at all, when it comes to High school football.

No private school including Columbus Hartley can recruit this well.

Glenville is a public school.

Unless he juggled the ball its hard to conceive he didnt get his foot im. Did the side judge we see in the pic make the call ?

He did not juggle it and I actually thought he had both feet inbounds. Fox-19 had video of it. I'll see if I can find it. The reporter said he watched it about 10 times and still is not sure.

Saw Loveland live about 8 weeks ago. Loveland is one of the best teams in the tri state area. Even with losing their tailback they still have 5-6 D1 players. They now face their biggest challenge yet in Ginnville. This will be a game full of big time athletes, 1-2 that will be at OSU next year.

How does he not come down with that, assuming no bobble?

He is clearly on his way up and must of jumped 5 feet high. Didn't get his toes in. Strong wind blew him out?

I'm hoping Frank finds footage, I just don't see how he doesn't land inbounds.

JoeD of Fox19 says film is inconclusive.

Game was on TV this afternoon. They didn't have any video close enough to see a bobble and the refs didn't give that indication. Announcers said it sure looked like he got a foot in but didn't really say anything else. That was on first down so they had several more shots and didn't complete a pass. Loveland looked possessed on 2nd and 3rd down.
