If it were to go away, you would see a HUGE drop in BGISD #s , and several jobs lost as well. Then you would run into the problem of the county schools, yet again, being overcrowded. While it's not an ideal situation for the county on the surface, if you really look at the big picture going the other direction would be almost impossible.

IMO it has hurt Central the worst in Football and Baseball. It has hurt Greenwood the most, again IMO, in Softball/Baseball, Basketball, and in Soccer (both boys and girls).

Already is. New field and new fieldhouse. Facility is top-notch.

I've found over the past several months that the things people have "heard" all wind up being untrue. They're not forfeiting. Yes they have a Varsity team. Yes they play on heck of a schedule that will not do them any favors this year. Yes their numbers are low. Yes Coach Taylor is their 4th coach in four years. Yes it's a shame. Yes it used to be a great program, and it will take a while to come back to that level, but I believe it WILL HAPPEN. Any more questions?

I think this will be close. From what I read in the BGDN, ACS shot themselves in the foot several times. I think this will be a close one, but I think Gwood pulls this one out late. 28-21 GW

I could see more of the same. While Greenwood didn't look great in their scrimmage, they didn't look bad either. 35-7 Greenwood
