Rassman finished with 14 points and I know he was 2/4 from free throw line. That would make him 6-18 shooting. 18 is a lot closer to 20 than his average 12 shots. I was just guessing on shot attempts. He is good at getting to rim and needs a little more help than what he got last night.

Game canceled. A fight broke out in 3rd quarter of Aiken Woodward game Friday night causing stoppage of game. Aiken not allowed to play until film reviewed, canceling 2/1 games Grant County.

Henry’s best player (Hardin) did not play. Langford also went out end of regulation with a cut on his head. Without Trevor Hardin teams were evenly matched. Williamstown has every chance to win but could make free throws when needed or get rebounds down the stretch.

Grant county schools close today due to low attendance from illness. Walton chooses not to go to Grant for game. It has been rescheduled for 2/10. Grant at Gallatin moved to 2/11

The administration at Grant is very supportive if you are a brown nose, yes ma'am, or in the right clique. If you dis-agree with any of them on anything whether its ethically right or wrong they find ways get rid of you. There is a high turn over rate in teachers. Good teachers are always trying to get out. From the outside everything looks great. Winning in athletics is not expected. You can lose every game and keep your job as long as you don't drink a beer at local establishment with your team, don't touch athletes inappropriately, have relationships with high school students or go to high school parties. I have followed GC for 20 years and athletics is on its way to the bottom in all sports. As for Bobby B. anyone who does not respect what he does and knows obviously is a very self-centered individual. Good luck to the Braves and the new coach. They next two years should be ok but after that the talent drops off.

I heard they would not give Plunkett the time of day. Utter could not get it three years ago because of "lack of experience" so why would he get it now. It was said they aren't hiring from within the district. That means it won' t be Guffey or West. Good luck in the search. Good luck to the players. Sorry to see coach Hicks to leave.
