My bad. I guess the game was faster paced than I realized. I still thought it was huge that CovCath players stepped in without missing a beat.

I thought a missed opportunity for NewCath was when Bo fouled out. I think there were 2-3 minutes left. CovCath played without one of their key interior defenders. They played through that adversity and the other players stepped up. To me that was a big difference in the final minutes.

Would love to see the Crusaders pull this one out, Coach Faust is a great leader of young men.

Why does their talent level have to be the deciding factor if a kid can play or not when transferring? Kids transfer all the time just to play a sport, but it seems that it's ok for certain schools to do it and others not so much.

No need to get so defensive. It was a question only about the word legit as if there is no discussion among the other teams. I guess I should have added a disclaimer - I wasn't saying they aren't top 10 or not because after the top 3-4 it is mostly a toss up. I want to see them beat a team they aren't expected to beat before I think they should be higher than 10. My opinion only and means nothing except to me. ?

I have to ask. What makes them legit top 10? Their wins have been against teams with a record of 26-60 and losses against teams with a 55-21 record. I don't know the records for Oyler and Riverview East Academy. So far they do not have a win that they shouldn't have. What makes them more legit than the other teams on the cusp of the top 10?

Did anyone see this game? Are the big trains much improved from last year or is Bellevue weaker?

Newport should have a nice run game next year. They could possible have two 1,000 yard rushers. I look for good things for the cats next year!

He did not leave for basketball, his priority is not sports. His family moved to Cincinnati, for no particular reason. He is a very talented player but I doubt if he even plays.
