We are 3 pages in to this thread and I think only 2 CURRENT players have been named. Let's move away from what guys did 30 years ago and what our numbers as posters are. What are current players doing? With today's technology video evidence shouldn't be hard to find. This could be a cool thread. We don't get many like it.

In terms of 14-18yr old kids, yea 330 is a pretty great bench. If you're in high school and bench over 300 and squat over 400 you're a pretty strong dude. No matter what your size.

My understanding with the Long situation last year was that Trinity wanted no part of him and his "handlers". Trinity said no to him. Not the other way around. In no way was this a sweepstakes.

Seems easier and more efficient than "pounding the pavement". You reach a much larger audience in a shorter time. And now it's reached all of us.

It is a tough choice to make. I agree the Trinity student section was terrible compared to their other games.

I believe the decision was made earlier in the week to not cancel the games/meets in the event that Trinity lost earlier in the tournament.

Trinity had a track meet, a rugby game, LAX game and a baseball game all on Saturday. That kept MANY students away.
