Hinson was offered the basketball jobs weeks ago! He interviewed over 20 days ago and IMO Hinson got tired of waiting ! There was nothing to finish it was a done deal! To long of a process!

Turned it down, according to Facebook!

No coach will want this job! Unless its a coach that is retired. No coach will leave their current job for this one. Bart Rison should coach again! That's the last coach they have had that lasted very long.

They want someone to come in and go get players year end and year out! Holland is to good to do that! Win with what you have!!

Happy Osborne will be the next coach and AD at Montgomery County. Goodwin will be new coach at Ky Wesleyan. That is word around Mt. Sterling.

Augusta lost Bach, but they return 3 starters Snapp, Maddox, and Crawford. I think they all have started since they were freshman. Nobody giving them a chance?

Augusta has a nice core around Bach, just not a lot of size! If they all get hot????? I would not want to play them!

Yes he won the Class A Region in 1995 with Nicholas County. He is one of the best without question.

Geoff Cody may be a good fit. Former Paris coach. NC will have a hard time filling this position. No teaching jobs and no money to throw into a spot for a coach.

Beechwood still interviewing for coach and teaching positions. I have a very good idea who the coach will be and will know more next week.

Augusta should be a top 4 team in the Region next season. This will be very interesting to see how all of this plays out. Anyone else with any information?
