RE, All I said was exactly what a Conner player parent/fan told me. He may be 100% wrong. But at this stage of the season all teams have revealed their tendencies. I am not trying to "beat CHS down" and I am glad the CHS JV team shows promise because it seems like the varsity sure needs that "liquid gold". Now that CHS is into the true competition on their schedule and finished with the gimme games is the reality of the current season apparent? From your post it seems like you are looking to the future seasons when this one is just half over. Will CHS win another varsity game or is it time to switch over to the JV games? RE, don't give up on this season yet. I only wish the best for CHS, but again, listening to the CHS player parent/fan this season is all but over. Look on the bright side, "if" CHS loses to Cooper, that will only make this rivalry better in the years t come when the CHS "liquid gold" is playing under the lights on Friday night. Not a big surprise. Did Beechwood work on anything to help them prepare for the seemingly inevitable season ending semi-state game against Mayfield?

I did not realize Smith was the NKY leading passer. Is that from YACs? What happened to him tonight?

I was told by a Conner parent/fan that the offense is too predictable, the defense is too soft and their conditioning is almost non existent. I wish the Cougars the best. Hopefully they get back on track quick because it looks like Cooper plans on spoiling their senior night this year.

Beechwood should romp Dayton. Hopefully the Dayton starters learn a life lesson from their discipline. That has to frustrate the coaches when their "leaders" pull a no-show on them. Good job coaches.
