How soon we forget that Lloyd beat Holmes 2 years ago, and Bellevue was a bang good football team when the schedules were made. Oh and Franklin County and Harrison Co were tough year in and year out not too long ago. Don't hate on Holmes because their program improved and the others didn't!

Tommy Courtney for Holmes would start on any team in NKY!!!! No matter who HHS plays, good or bad teams he dominates!!

FYI Jensen threw for 201 yds, 1 TD and rushed for 104 yds, 1 TD!!! Most underrated player in NKY!!!!

Last year Dixie scored on a flea flicker, dropped coverage by a LB and a muffed punt by Holmes deep in their territory. Holmes had trouble punching it in but had over 400 yards of O and they at twice as good on O this year. Oh and in the second half last year I don't think Dixie gained A yard on the ground. In fact not sure if they even had a second half first down. Can't wait to see how this one plays out!!! Watching Holmes speed on the turf for the first time all season should be fun to watch. No predictions for me.

If there is a faster defense in the state I want to watch them play! All 11 at most times can flat fly. Oh and if your going to stop their offense you need to pick your poison! You can't stop them all.

Jonathon Scruggs picked up a fumble and ran it back 50 yards for a TD. He looked like he was shot out of a cannon! If there is anyone in NKY faster than him.... Prove it! Oh and he's a freshman!

where did you get this list for Towles? I don't see it. His ball floats too much, and not a real compact delivery. I hope he proves me wrong, but i see him playing DII maybe a MAC school.

I think this is a great year for QB play in NKY. Any thoughts/surprises thus far?

This was the first time that Holmes had been challenged and it took them a while to adjust to getting hit back! #75 for Cooper is a tough player. If Holmes executes on a couple of key plays the game is out of hand. Cooper is a good football team though. They will shock some people this year. We'll see how good Holmes is when they play Dixie in 4 weeks. Should be a dogfight!
