As a whole the talent level is way down in NKY this year.

It is definetly a down year in NKY.

Go Camels and Coach Lickert!!!!!! About 3 weeks ago everybody was bashing the team. My son played for Coach Lickert and I had no doubts about what he would bring to the program. Great job young men. Coach Lickert will lead you in the right direction win or loose.

Holmes lost there Qb to graduation and most of offence line. They have to work on there offence but best of luck to the dawgs. Sure wish holmes could of played them last year.

Has anybody heard how the seasons going for the chiefs?

Lex cath is in a down year and Holmes can beat them this year but as for Boyle the stars have to be aligned just right for holmes to beat that team. Thats why we play the game so we will see how it plays out, i know one thing Holmes is not thinking about either team there focus is on West jessamine!!!!!

Holmes took there qb out at half and most of starters. A very dominate performance by holmes. Now the season begins. Good luck to all the seniors who have worked so hard the last 4 years. Congradts to coach lickert and all his staff you have done a great job with that program.

The problem with the field is Holmes lets Holy cross use it and all the pee wee football teams play on it.

Jensen was the leading rusher in that game.

Its time for someone to eat crow. Holmes looked very sharp tonight. Franklin County didn't know what hit them in the first 5 minutes of the game. Next weeks game against Dixie could be a good one! GO dawgs!!!

Franklin County had better bring there A game! Triple overtime against who? Ask Coopers best running back how hard it is to accumulate yards against Holmes defense! Also look out for Holmes offensive speed, and if that doesn't work you better watch out for the pass. Holmes offense is very balanced, pass and run. That makes for a very strong team!

Holmes should should win this game. Franklin county played Holmes tough last year but Franklin county will not be able to handle Holmes speed on both sides of the football. Home field advantage might help them keep the game closer. Holmes by 12

Holmes toughest district game will be Franklin County. There scheduled to play Dixie, Withrow. thats two tough games at the end of season to get ready for playoffs. as for Peterson last night Holmes did not throw the ball much. They ran the ball right at them.

I did notice two of Bourbon County's better players were on the side lines. It still would not of changed the outcome of the game but it sure didnt help them.
