Absolutely they should! I'll even pay for the long distance call. As Campbell County has shown this year teams change dramatically from the first game of the year. Does SK beat Collins last year if they play in December? Sounds like another thread to me.

Who schedules these games? And Elder in 2 weeks? Just think of the sweatshirt we could have by playing a "normal" schedule.

Some of the football guys put together a basketball team last winter in some sort of Southwest Ohio Intramural league coached by none other than Pete Coughlan. This I had to see so I went and checked out a few games and let's just say while he is athletic and he could have been an above average basketball player had he stayed committed to that sport on some level, football is now his sport. So I would have to say he as well would have been just another body. It reminded me of Huggins UC days when guys would hit the weights hard but struggled with the game of basketball. I still say had Listerman been the coach back when these current seniors were freshman I think a couple of these football guys would still be playing, however IMO even with those additions it would not be enough to compete with the NCC's/Cov Cath's/Holmes (basketball schools). Just is what it is. On a side note, while the games were low scoring and brutal to watch it was pretty funny to see Brady Murray chuck one up whenever he got the ball, no matter where on the court he might have been. I'm sure the boys and Brady still laugh about those shots to this day. Is it Saturday afternoon yet?!!??

Just saw where Columbus played today and won 61-7, were up 54-7 at half against Miami Beach in a rescheduled game from last week. Busy week for sure for those guys.

Need Stinky to put some time in the film room this week and give us a full report. I'm thinking from what limited video I have seen the HHS DB's will be tested this week.

I hope for the sake of the kids and parents of HC this isn't the reasoning. Let's just stick with the field was a mess. PA guy @ HC is entertaining though.......

I would hope the reason was because the school did not want parents/friends walking on the already torn up field after the game. I hope for the sake of HC fans that isn't the rule every week. Part of the beauty of high school football is to be able to walk on the field after a game to share in the experience of the night.

I can tell you I saw more fire from the over matched Harrison County team last night than I saw the week before from CCH @ Highlands. But then again HC was pumped up for homecoming...... That falls on Coach.

Hard to figure this one out. Serious question to CCH fans. Was the play calling as vanilla and strange as last week? Did they throw the deep ball at all to one of these "fastest in the state receivers"?
