Ra-Ra Raider Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 Wow! Way to go Tigers. Do I remember you made a thread last year saying this game was "men among boys" and shouldn't be played?
theguru Posted October 4, 2014 Author Posted October 4, 2014 Do I remember you made a thread last year saying this game was "men among boys" and shouldn't be played? How about, what a difference a year makes?
Ra-Ra Raider Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 How about' date=' what a difference a year makes?[/quote'] Agreed. Extremely impressive to say the least.
theguru Posted October 4, 2014 Author Posted October 4, 2014 Agreed. Extremely impressive to say the least. Very impressive.
Cynical Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 So much for that whole 4A is foregone conclusion for Highlands based on beating Cov. Cath...
MentschTrachtGottLacht Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 .... Congrats to the Tigers, looks like extra chores for me around the house. Big win for Coach Rash and the boys. CovCath's wheels are off. Remember when Highlands was in trouble and this was the Colonels' year? Those were a fun 4 days.
plantmanky Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 Seems to me Cov Cath wasn't mentally ready to play this game. To many turnovers and penalties. Beechwood looked good, they get the rest of their district schedule to get things fine tuned and ready. Should make 1A Playoffs interesting.
hrcarrier Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 Watched it on tv. Congratulations to the Tigers on a very impressive win and happy for them. Coach Rash's face said it all near the end.
THUNDERBIRDS Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 Ted From Villa Hills do you have your ears on? Calling a emergency PHM meeting tonight.....Wow!

G1 Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 Did Highlands destroy their moral? Or was it that Beechwood punched them in the mouth on the opening drive and they started seeing Birds in their heads again?
hrcarrier Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 Did Highlands destroy their moral? Or was it that Beechwood punched them in the mouth on the opening drive and they started seeing Birds in their heads again? Maybe a little, but Beechwood deserves credit for the win. IMO, the game wasn't nearly as close as the final score indicated.
