All the asst coach said was "He should have been already in the dugout". I believe the kid who cussed several of Bourbon fans was the umpires son. With the language this kid was using he should have sent his kid to the car:irked:

Bottom of 11th tied 5 to 5

Mynear and Workman are both Seniors, Campbell is a Junior.
-
Nicholas also has that Workman kid that played for Bourbon's summer team the past few years that's a decent pitcher.
-
Hats off to Nicholas as well, they have had a good season despite losing 4 players at beginning of the season and the Mynear kid not coming back until middle of April from football injury. They had to pull up some younger players who did a good job stepping in. :thumb:

He tore his ACL during football season.

Ouch. Bourbon beats Rowan 17-2 then loses 6-1. That's why they play the games. Congrats to Rowan

8th grader JD Wagoner started and threw 3 innings. Had trouble locating his curve but did well despite. Jordan Mynear came in and threw 2 innings. This was his first game this year and he threw very well. Harrison had alot of trouble with him.

Just heard Bourbon 10 run ruled Clark 15-5 in 6 innings
-
Harrison was suppose to play them on April 15 but cancelled. According to Khsaa website 30 some odd teams played that day but it was too wet to play at Harrison . Bourbon has at least 8 seniors on that team that have played together since little league. Everyone counted them out last year and the won the 40 district.

Bourbon County is a very good team. Deep pitching staff and solid group of seniors in the field.

Wow what an occurence of events :taz:

I think that if the city schools Paris/Bourbon,Augusta/Bracken merged like Mason and Maysville then they may have a powerhouse as well. I remember Maysville High.
